1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PVE LLC ("PVE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit pve.win, connect a wallet, create an account, launch or trade a coin, vote on coin metadata, participate in referrals, points, or contests, use any chat or social feature, contact us, or otherwise interact with the pve.win interface and related services (the "Platform").

The pve.win interface is noncustodial. PVE does not control your wallet, hold your private keys or assets, or make blockchain transactions for you.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Platform. A wallet address or blockchain transaction may be personal information when it can be associated with an identifiable person.

Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet addresses, wallet signatures, transaction hashes, token balances, smart-contract interactions, trading activity, and other public on-chain data.

Account information: your PVE account identifier, linked social accounts (such as X), account age, referral relationships, points, rank, and contest participation.

Content you submit: coin names, symbols, descriptions, images, metadata suggestions, votes, social links, profile information, and any messages you post.

Communications: your email address and the contents of any request you send us.

Device, network, and anti-fraud information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device and browser fingerprint signals, referring page, request timing, approximate location derived from IP, and security or diagnostic events. We use some of this information to detect and prevent multiple-account creation, bots, and abuse.

Usage and analytics information: how the interface is accessed, navigated, and performs.

Local preferences and session data: information stored by your browser or wallet tools.

3. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, analytics services, anti-fraud and device-intelligence providers, and storage gateways.

4. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve coin discovery, launch, trading, voting, rewards, referrals, points, leaderboards, contests, profiles, and related functionality.
• Connect wallets, verify wallet signatures, prepare transaction requests, and display public on-chain activity.
• Operate the points, referral, rewards, and contest systems, and calculate and distribute rewards.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent multiple-account creation, Sybil activity, bots, fraud, market manipulation, spam, and other abuse or prohibited activity.
• Respond to questions, support requests, disputes, and other communications.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance, and understand how the interface is used.
• Protect PVE, users, and the public from security threats, misuse, and unlawful activity.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the services you request, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Platform and preventing fraud, with your consent where requested, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent certain features from working.

6. Blockchain information

Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, smart-contract events, and related records may be permanently available through the blockchain, nodes, explorers, indexers, and other independent services.

PVE cannot edit, hide, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior on-chain activity.

7. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to vendors and infrastructure providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, anti-fraud, analytics, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, storage, and market data. These may include Cloudflare, Vercel, Privy, our RPC providers, indexers, device-intelligence and anti-fraud providers, storage gateways, and market-data providers. They process information under their own terms or on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

Information you publish on-chain or submit to public product surfaces (such as profiles, coin metadata, votes, leaderboards, or chat) may be visible to anyone.

8. Third-party services

Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, protocols, and other services available through or linked from PVE are independent from PVE. We do not control their availability, security, or privacy practices. Review a third party's privacy terms before providing information or using its service.

9. Browser storage

PVE and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance. You can clear browser storage or adjust browser controls, though some features may stop working. PVE does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

10. Retention

We retain off-chain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, operate public product surfaces, run the rewards, points and contest systems, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent and investigate fraud, protect security, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by type and purpose. Public blockchain and distributed-storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside our control.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect systems under our control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

PVE will never ask for your private key, recovery phrase, or password, and will never message you first asking you to connect your wallet or move funds. Anyone doing so is impersonating us. If you believe your interaction with PVE has created a security risk, contact [email protected].

12. International processing

PVE and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

13. Your rights and choices

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with your request and the wallet address, account identifier, or email needed to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity or authority first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Rights may be limited where an exception applies, and we cannot alter public blockchain records.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to: request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information held off-chain; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.

You can also: use public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet where wallet access is not required; disconnect your wallet and clear local storage; and avoid including personal information in coin metadata, profile fields, public links, votes, or messages.

14. United States disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. Residents of certain US states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Submit requests to [email protected].

15. Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps.

16. Changes

We may update this policy as the Platform, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another appropriate channel.
