Terms of Use
Effective date: July 31, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and PVE LLC ("PVE," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of pve.win, the PVE interface, and all related features, content, and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, connecting a wallet, creating an account, or submitting a transaction, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About PVE
PVE LLC operates the Platform and provides a software interface for discovering, launching, and trading coins and interacting with public blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, and third-party services. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or older if the age of majority in your jurisdiction is greater) and have legal capacity to enter these Terms. If you use PVE on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind it.
The Platform is available only where its use is lawful. By using it, you represent that: your use is lawful in your jurisdiction; you are not relying on PVE for any brokerage, advisory, execution, or other regulated financial service; and you will comply with all applicable laws, including securities, commodities, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions regulations.
Restricted Jurisdictions. The Platform is not available to persons who reside in, are located in, or are organized in any of the following:
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus; the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine; Myanmar (Burma); Venezuela
- Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive UN, OFAC, EU, or UK economic sanctions
You represent that you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction and are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list (including OFAC SDN, the US Denied Persons List, the UN Consolidated List, or equivalent Canadian, UK, EU, or Swiss designations). We may update this list at any time and may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or risk reasons.
4. Noncustodial interface
PVE is a noncustodial interface. We do not hold your assets or private keys, control your wallet, execute transactions on your behalf, guarantee settlement, or have the ability to reverse a blockchain transaction. PVE is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, fiduciary, money transmitter, or financial institution. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Every transaction is initiated and authorized through your wallet. Smart contracts and blockchain networks, not PVE, determine whether and how a transaction executes.
5. Wallets, accounts, and security
PVE will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase, and will never message you first asking you to connect your wallet or move funds. We cannot restore a wallet, recover assets, cancel approvals, or assist with transactions signed through a compromised wallet.
- Protect your wallet, keys, recovery phrase, devices, and authentication methods.
- Review transaction details (token address, approvals, fees, slippage, network) before signing.
- One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts or operate accounts on behalf of others to evade limits, caps, or anti-abuse controls.
You are responsible for activity authorized through your wallet or account, including unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials or devices.
6. Transactions
Before signing, you are responsible for reviewing every transaction and understanding its effects. Displayed quotes, prices, market caps, fees, balances, and simulations are estimates and may differ from final execution. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may fail, remain pending, execute at an unexpected price, or be reordered due to network conditions, liquidity, slippage, or smart-contract behavior. We do not guarantee that a submitted transaction will be included, confirmed, or completed within any particular time.
7. Coin launches, metadata, and content
You are solely responsible for coins you create or promote and for all names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, profile information, metadata suggestions, votes, and messages you submit. You represent you have all rights needed for submitted content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Creating a coin does not mean PVE has reviewed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved it or its creator.
You understand that coin identity (name, symbol, image) may be determined by holder voting and finalized on-chain at migration, and that PVE does not guarantee any particular metadata outcome. We may hide, restrict, or remove off-chain content from surfaces under our control, in our sole discretion, if it violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or interferes with the service. We have no obligation to monitor content and cannot remove anything recorded on a public blockchain.
8. Trading, liquidity, and rewards
Coins available through the Platform may be volatile, experimental, illiquid, malicious, or worthless. Anyone may create or trade assets with similar names or symbols, so verify contract addresses before interacting. We do not guarantee liquidity, market depth, coin value, migration or graduation, or the ability to exit a position.
Rewards, points, referrals, and contests: Any holder rewards, referral rewards, cashback, migration rewards, points, ranks, or contest prizes are features of the Platform offered at our discretion, subject to eligibility and anti-abuse rules, and may be changed, suspended, recalculated, withheld, or revoked, including where we detect fraud, Sybil activity, self-referral, multiple accounts, or other abuse. Points and ranks are a scoring feature of the Platform, currently have no cash value, and are not transferable. Points are not an ownership, equity, or investment interest.
9. Promotions and contests
From time to time we may run contests, competitions, leaderboards, or other promotions with prizes ("Promotions"). Additional rules we publish for a specific Promotion apply in addition to these Terms and control over these Terms for that Promotion if they conflict. By participating you agree to those rules and to these Terms.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older, have an account in good standing, and not be located in a Restricted Jurisdiction or on a sanctions list. Employees, contractors, founders, and affiliates of PVE, and their household members, are not eligible unless a Promotion's rules state otherwise. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Scoring and results: Standings are determined from our records using reasonable methodology. Where the interface display and our records differ, our records govern. We may correct scoring errors and recalculate standings after removing disqualified activity.
Anti-fraud and disqualification: We may disqualify any participant and void their entries, standings, and prizes, before or after payout, where we reasonably determine they used multiple accounts or wallets, engaged in self-referral or fake or automated referrals, used bots or automation, exploited a bug, engaged in wash trading, self-dealing, coordinated trading, or artificial inflation of volume, PnL, or referrals (including through related wallets or wallets under common control), violated these Terms or the law, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Our determinations may rely on confidential risk, device, and on-chain signals we are not obligated to disclose.
Prizes: Prizes are as described in the applicable Promotion. We may require a winner to verify identity, eligibility, and wallet control before payment. A winner who cannot be verified, does not respond within the stated period, or is found ineligible or in breach forfeits the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on any prize.
Changes and cancellation: We may modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion, or amend its rules, at any time, including for fraud, technical failure, security, legal, or integrity reasons, and may determine winners from eligible, non-disqualified activity up to that time or decline to award some or all prizes, as permitted by law.
No endorsement: Ranking or featuring a participant, coin, or account in a Promotion or on a leaderboard is not an endorsement or a statement about the value, safety, or legitimacy of any coin, creator, or participant. A Promotion is operated by PVE and is not sponsored or administered by any wallet, blockchain, exchange, or third-party service.
10. Risk disclosures
You are responsible for your own research and decisions. Only use assets you can afford to lose. You acknowledge and assume the risks described here and throughout these Terms, including: you may lose some or all assets used through PVE; smart contracts may contain defects or vulnerabilities; wallets, RPC services, indexers, networks, and price sources may fail; market data may be inaccurate, delayed, or manipulated; and tokens and transactions may have legal, tax, or regulatory consequences.
PVE makes no representation regarding the legal or regulatory status of any coin available through the interface, including whether it is a security under any jurisdiction's laws. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any coin, and no statement by PVE, its personnel, or any creator is investment advice or a prediction or guarantee of profit, return, or appreciation.
11. Fees and taxes
Transactions may incur network fees, protocol fees, liquidity costs, price impact, slippage, or third-party charges. Displayed estimates may differ from the final amount. You are solely responsible for identifying, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or others’ rights.
- Do not publish fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal, or malicious coin metadata, links, or messages.
- Do not interfere with the interface, bypass access controls or wallet/account limits, distribute malware, scrape abusively, or overload infrastructure.
- Do not create multiple accounts or wallets, use bots or automation, or otherwise attempt to evade the one-account-per-person rule, the per-wallet holding cap, anti-Sybil controls, or any rewards, points or contest eligibility rules.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with the Platform or use the interface to facilitate market manipulation, theft, or unlawful conduct.
- Do not use the Platform to launder funds, finance unlawful activity, or conceal proceeds of crime.
13. Material interests and conflicts
PVE and its affiliates may from time to time hold, trade, create, feature, or otherwise have an interest in coins available through the Platform, and may operate wallets that transact on the Platform. You agree that we may do so, and that nothing in these Terms or our relationship gives rise to a fiduciary, advisory, or similar duty. We are not obligated to disclose our own transactions, holdings, or interests in any coin.
14. Featuring and ranking
We may feature, surface, or rank coins and users on the interface, including through trending lists, leaderboards, points, ranks, and contests, using neutral, criteria-based methods such as trading volume, activity, points, or recency. Featuring or ranking is not an endorsement, recommendation, or statement about the value, safety, or legitimacy of any coin, creator, or user.
15. Transaction and activity limits
We may impose limits on account creation, transaction size, holding amounts, frequency, or other activity at any time, in our discretion, for risk-management, security, legal, or operational reasons.
16. Third-party services
The Platform connects to independent wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, liquidity protocols, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, data sources, and websites. Their availability, accuracy, security, and terms are outside our control. A link or integration is not an endorsement.
17. Intellectual property
The Platform interface, branding, design, documentation, and original software are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the interface for lawful purposes. Except where separate open-source terms apply, you may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from protected PVE materials without permission. Copyright infringement notices may be sent to [email protected] with the information required by applicable law.
18. Submitted content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit and grant PVE a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and promote the Platform. This license continues for content that remains on public blockchains, distributed storage, backups, or records reasonably retained for legal and security purposes.
19. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant PVE an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate it without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information as feedback.
20. Service availability
We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or the interface at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with any wallet or network, preservation of off-chain data, or advance notice of changes.
21. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that coins, content, data, smart contracts, transactions, or third-party services are accurate, legitimate, safe, complete, or free from defects.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of assets, failed or delayed transactions, smart-contract defects, wallet compromise, network events, price movement, market manipulation, or third-party conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid directly to PVE for use of the interface during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
23. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PVE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another's rights. You release PVE from any claim arising out of a dispute you have with another user or a third party in connection with the Platform, including disputes relating to a coin, its creator, or a transaction.
24. Termination and restriction of access
We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, Sybil or multiple-account abuse, market manipulation, sanctions or legal risk, a violation of these Terms, or other conduct presenting elevated risk. These grounds are illustrative, not exhaustive, and may rely on confidential risk criteria we are not obligated to disclose. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
25. Governing law and dispute resolution
Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try in good faith to resolve the matter informally. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally within 60 days will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, or by video conference at either party's election.
YOU AND PVE AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You may opt out of arbitration by written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name, wallet address or account identifier, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
26. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continue in effect. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign freely. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the interface, except where additional feature-specific terms apply (such as contest rules).
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the interface, risks, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept them for later activity.
